According to Take-Two, there is still nothing to be said about the overly anticipated PC version of Rockstar’s gigantic console succes, Grand Theft Auto V.
“At this point there’s really nothing for us to say about that.” said Karl Slatoff to CVG when asked about the possibility of a PC version.
As of now, the game is only available for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but a lot of people want to change that. During the last week, several large retailers have started taking in pre-orders for the PC version of the game.
Grand Theft Auto IV went through a similar process as the PC version released 7 months later than the console version. So with that in mind, we might get to see Grand Theft Auto V for PC within a similar time frame, putting the release date around spring or summer this year.
Monday, Rockstar announced that they had shipped 32.5 million copies of Grand Theft Auto V. With such sales numbers Rockstar’s game is now only 1.5 million copies away from overtaking Mario Kart Wii as the best selling console game of all time.
